DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. After receiving merchandise that was repackaged in a mailing envelope to disguise a VERY damaged carton, upon further inspection, there were TWO orange labels indicating there were parts missing.

Customer service would not send a shipper to pickup merchandise. USPS refused to accept package as I received it. Customer service Rep agreed to credit my account an additional $15.00 for time, mileage and packaging materials needed to return merchandise.

Three phone calls/emails later....and 6 weeks later, they have reneged on their initial communication to insure customer satisfaction.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of elder beerman customer care. Elder Beerman needs to "issue additional $15.00 credit as promised/discussed" according to poster's claims.
